Former Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo has pleaded not guilty to eleven charges.
The matter came up on Wednesday for commencement of trial before Magistrate Munyinya and the state applied for substitution of the charge sheet.
Kampyongo and his wife therefore, retook plea and pleaded not guilty to all the 11 charges.
The matter has since been adjourned to next week 23rd November for commencement of trial.
