The Drug Enforcement Commission -DEC has shut down a notorious drug lord who was recognized for supplying illicity substances in Lusakas Chibolya compound and other areas for drug activities .
Speaking in an interview with Melo Media today the Public Relations Officer for DEC Mwenge Mulenga says measures have been put in place in order to curb the issues of drug abuse in the community.
He says the commission is working hand in hand with the Neighboring countries in order to establish institutions that are similar with the drug institution in order to have the cases of drug abuses easily reported to them.
He states that a good number of countries have paid a courtesy call at the commission so that they would find a solution on how such cases can come to an end therefore he has urged members of the public to report drug cases in order to the commission to help the community.
