We won the 2021 August elections together and now is time to work together and deliver development to your communities.
Yes, things were irretrievably broken down but we are working round the clock to get them fixed.
To those who stole government resources, we are coming for you; one by one. That is people’s money and it should be given back to them.
Free education is here and we are aware of the increasing numbers of pupils in classes, which is a confirmation that we are a population that values education, though this was not supported in the recent past.
In this regard therefore, our focus is now to build more classrooms and ensure that desks that will be procured from you the local people are made available to our learners.
The Constituency Development Fund(CDF) has to be accessed and we are there urging all Ministries and all those tasked for this purpose, to ensure that this happens within two months, because these are people’s resources.
Fellow citizens, this is time to work for you and we will wholeheartedly do so. We are here not to steal but create jobs and business opportunities for all.
This is why we have decided to come pa ground and hear what you think is working, what is not working and how we can make it work.
The Mining sector has had challenges for some time now, but we are working on these. As we promised during the campaigns, we are working to ensure that you, fellow Zambians have a fair share of this God-given resource, hence our reorganising of the Ministry of Mines cadastral in terms of issuance of mining rights which will resume very soon with a priority being you, our people.
Ba Kitwe, thank you for choosing this leadership. We will deliver because we know how you hold us in high esteem.
Thank! Thank you! And thank you!
May God bless you all.
President of the Republic of Zambia
