Natasha Grace Chibalo 25, a
Graduate from Moffat Malcom College of Education came up with an initiative to open Showers of Blessings Nusery School in Malata Compound as a way of earning a living amidst the Teacher Recruitment crisis.
Natasha completed her Diploma in Sciences( Physics and Chemistry) in 2020. She shared that she decided to obtain a Diploma in the field because she wanted a subject that is challenging and considered to be mostly for Men.
She added that pursing a Diploma in Sciences has also helped her to encourage the girl child that any career is attainable if one is determined.
Showers of Blessings School currently has a total of 15 pupils and has created one employment opportunity for an early childhood education Teacher.
Natasha has encouraged fellow young people to be innovative and to aspire to achieve their dreams.
