Blue balls happens when a man gets sexually aroused for a prolonged period without engaging in sexual intercourse leading to a build up of blood in the testicles. The medical name for this is epidydmal hypertension. When a man has blue balls he experiences heaviness and pain in the testicles.
Understand that prolonged sexual arousal causes blood to build up in the Male genital area and the veins that usually carry blood away from the genitals become narrow thereby trapping blood in the area longer than is necessary. It is the blood congestion that causes pains and aches in the balls. Most guys have experienced this.
Ladies don’t stimulate or play with it when you know you are not prepared to finish. It hurts, literally. You have heard.
