📍 Monze District, Zambia – President Hakainde Hichilema has called on the nation to embrace love, peace, and unity as key drivers for national development. The call came during the launch of the five-year roadmap commemorating 125 years of Chikuni Mission in Monze District — a historic milestone for the Catholic Church and the local community.
In a heartfelt address to the Chikuni residents, President Hichilema highlighted the importance of maintaining peace and fostering love among Zambians as a foundation for progress.
“We urge every Zambian to embrace love and peace because without unity, we cannot achieve the national development we all desire. As a nation, we must stand together, guided by the principles of peace and mutual respect,” President Hichilema stated.

He emphasised that the five-year roadmap will play a crucial role in transforming Chikuni Mission and contributing to the overall development of Monze District and the nation at large.
“May God bless our nation as we walk this journey together in unity and peace,” he concluded.
