The award ceremony, set to take place on 26 January 2024 at the academy’s Longacres campus, will celebrate the exceptional students who have been selected for this transformative opportunity.
Crucible Lusaka, a pioneering secondary school and leadership academy, is dedicated to shaping Zambia’s next generation of ethical and effective leaders. The Founder’s Scholarship, the institution’s flagship initiative, ensures that academically gifted students with strong leadership potential—regardless of financial background—gain access to a world-class education.
A Vision for Zambia’s Future Leaders
Speaking at the event, Crucible Lusaka Board Chair Yande Mwenye will emphasize the school’s mission to cultivate leadership that drives national and regional progress.
“Zambia may be rich in mineral resources, but our greatest resource is the potential of our young people. Crucible Lusaka will ensure that our most promising youth have the opportunity to build a prosperous future for all Zambians,” Mwenye stated.
