The organization has been diligently collaborating with partners from various countries such as the USA, UK, Kenya, Nigeria, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and many others to solidify partnerships and establish a clear framework for cooperation in preparation for the event.
After successfully completing this partnership formalization process, African Rivers is thrilled to announce that a detailed roadmap will soon be revealed, outlining all preparatory activities and the organizations involved. Additionally, the roadmap will disclose the new dates for the highly anticipated Zambezi River Indaba and Expo, set to take place in Livingstone, Zambia, near the breathtaking Victoria Falls, as stated by Dr. Bobson Sikaala, the Chief Executive Officer of African Rivers.
Dr. Sikaala also confirmed that the main theme of the event, “Promoting River Restoration, Tourism, Climate Finance, and Technology for Job Creation and Sustainable Development in Africa,” remains unchanged.
