This morning, President Hakainde Hichilema, accompanied by his wife, Mutinta Hichilema, the First Lady, paid their respects at the Anglican Cathedral during the funeral church service for the late Dr. Sketchley Sacika, former Secretary to the Cabinet, who was laid to rest today.
