A week has passed since the former Chipolopolo skipper Rainford Kalaba was involved in a life-threatening accident, and there is good news to report as he has finally regained consciousness.
Nzeba Chanda, the public relations officer at the UTH, shared an update stating that Kalaba’s condition has significantly improved and he is now in a stable state.
Today marked a milestone as Kalaba had his first meal since the accident, indicating a positive step towards his recovery.
The medical team is closely monitoring his progress and providing the necessary care, with Chanda assuring the public that updates on his condition will continue to be shared.
