The Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) is pleased to announce the forthcoming Elective Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Economics Association of Zambia, set to take place on Friday, April 5th, 2024, at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre, commencing at 08:30 hours.
EAZ is calling on all eligible members to actively engage in the nomination process, which is currently open from Wednesday, March 6th to March 17th, 2024.
To be eligible for nomination, candidates must have been fully registered and paid-up members in the year 2023. Nomination forms can be obtained via the EAZ email, and submissions should be sent to SACCORD via email at [email protected] or delivered to the EAZ Secretariat office in Northmead, Plot No. 27/24 Manchinchi Road.
The available positions for nominations are President, Vice President, National Secretary, National Treasurer, and Five (5) Committee Members. Only members who have fully paid their dues for 2023 and 2024 are eligible to vote.
EAZ is encouraging members who are passionate about advancing Economics in Zambia to either nominate themselves or suggest suitable candidates for the positions.
