During the sermon, Pastor Paul Shongwe from the South African Union Conference reminded the mourners of God’s love and care for each individual. He emphasized that one day, God will come to gather His own, and there will be no more pain or death. Even in the midst of trials, believers can find comfort knowing that everything works together for the good of those who love the Lord.
Pastor Muyunda’s life began on October 16, 1965, in Sitwala Village under Chief Nalisa in Sesheke District. Throughout his 36 years of service, he held various leadership positions within the church, including Literature Evangelist, Pastor, Director, Church Administrator, and President.
His legacy will endure as that of someone who was always ready to lend a helping hand. His dedication to service, innovative ideas, and unwavering commitment to spreading the word of God will be greatly missed. He leaves behind a loving wife and four children, who will carry on his spirit of generosity and compassion.
