The Honey is 100% organic and the production process is done by the University in its entirety. From bee farming to packaging and everything in between, is done by the University staff with an extra hand from the students while they do their practicals.
Inasmuch as the University is capable of mobilizing all the resources necessary for production, they deliberately buy raw honey from local farmers as a way of both empowering them and encouraging the act of vegetation preservation.
