A flawed investigation process does not mean a flawed Judiciary. The Judiciary (Courts etc) remains an integral part of government that ensures processes are followed. The rules of criminal and civil procedure must be strictly followed on all suspects irrespective of political affiliation. Even where there is a prima facie case, the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) must follow the law to the later. Least they get caught in a web of futility even where they should score. I do not subscribe to the belief that the Judiciary is biased. We have a strong Judicial system which protected the rights of citizens who are today wielding power. I would like to commend them in this regard. Investigative wings must just wake up and do the right thing. Natural justice is an entitlement of everyone. As such you cannot convict anyone without a fair trial no matter your standing in society.
