Kutemba has witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals with autism and their families face, and she is committed to making a difference in their lives. In 2022, she earned a Reuters-Google Certificate in Introduction to Digital Journalism, which has equipped her with the skills to share her message with a wider audience. Through her advocacy work, Kutemba hopes to break down stigmas and promote understanding and acceptance for those with autism in her community.
She is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and skills, as evidenced by her enrollment in the Stanford Online Child Nutrition and Cooking program in 2022, where she earned a certificate. Kutemba’s dedication to learning and self-improvement is truly inspiring.
Kutemba has certificate in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing through the Open University’s Google Digital Garage program. Through her studies, Kutemba hopes to use digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and educate others about autism.

While her professional experience includes an internship at Belgorod State University in 2018, where she assisted with organizing academic qualifications, her true passion lies in advocating for those with autism. Through her advocacy work, Kutemba hopes to break down stigmas and provide support for individuals and families affected by autism in Zambia.
She has been actively involved in various initiatives and events aimed at educating people about autism and advocating for the rights of individuals with autism. In 2019, she participated in an internship program at the Institute for Cross-Border Cooperation, where she gained valuable professional skills and experience through field practice and meetings with government officials.
In 2020, she completed an internship at the Institute for Cross-Border Cooperation, where she conducted research and analyzed the management of the adaptation process for Zambian students studying at a Russian university. Her work focused on the Federal State Autonomous Education Institution of Higher Education Belgorod State National Research University. In addition to her advocacy work, Kutemba has also worked as a wealth consultant for High Net Individuals (HNI) where she was employed at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia.
While her professional background includes working as a transcriber and in media monitoring, her true passion lies in advocating for those with autism and promoting understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity. Through her work and advocacy efforts, Kutemba hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of those with autism in Zambia and beyond.
Kutemba recently did internship under the PRP (Parliamentary Reforms Project) department at the National Assembly of Zambia. Her responsibilities included preparing and reviewing reports, analyzing data, providing technical and logistical support, and assisting in coordinating the Zambia Women Parliamentarians Caucus. Despite her busy schedule, Kutemba remained committed to advocating for those with autism and spreading awareness about the condition.
Currently working at Quest Financial Services as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the CEO, Kutemba is responsible for maintaining relationships between clients and the company, ensuring proper recording of transactions and data entry into the loan management system, and preparing application documents. She also develops and maintains filing systems, monitors petty cash, and ensures the proper operation of equipment through preventive maintenance and evaluation of new equipment and techniques.
In addition to her advocacy work, Kutemba also serves as the Business Development Coordinator for ZAMRUS (Zambia Russia Graduates Cultural Association) executive since 2022. This association was formed to bring together former students from the former Soviet Union States and Russia, and to provide them with connections in business, academics, science, technology, and more.
Kutemba is dedicated to promoting understanding and support for individuals with autism in her community. Through her dedication and hard work, Kutemba is making a difference in the lives of those affected by autism.
