President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Mr Patrick Kangwa as Secretary to Cabinet.
He has also appointed Governance activist McDonald Chipenzi as ECZ Commissioner while Ndola Based lawyer Tom Shamakamba is the new ACC Director General subject to parliamentary ratification.
The rest of the appointments are Dr Oliver Kalabo as Deputy Secretary to Cabinet,Mwangala Zaloumis as ECZ Chairperson to be deputised by Ali Simwinga as well as Caroline Sokoni as High Court Judge.
This is according to a statement issued by Presidential Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya.
