NATSAVE BANK earlier this week hosted Hon. Kapelwa Mbangweta, MP, Provincial Minister for Western Province accompanied by Mr. Kelvin Kamayoyo, Expo Advisor-Western Province at their Head Office in Lusaka. The National Savings and Credit Bank (NATSAVE) senior management was led by its Chief executive Officer, Mr. Malcolm Chabala who indicated that NATSAVE is committed to supporting the Western Province Tourism, Trade and lnvestment Expo slated for 10th to 15th October, 2022 in Mongu.
Mr. Kamayoyo, Expo Advisor stated that the Expo will be under the theme: “Rapid Economic Transformation through increased home-grown entrepreneurship, value addition and trade” with particular focus on agriculture, tourism, livestock, forestry products, aquaculture, and Infrastructure. He noted that the coming on board of NATSAVE in supporting the Western Province Expo through exhibiting and in the preparations gives much relief and is commendable. Mr. Kamayoyo stated that the presence of NATSAVE at the Expo will help enhance access to affordable credit options and financial inclusion especially for home-grown companies and start-ups including cooperatives.
Mr. Kamayoyo indicated that it was gratifying to note that NATSAVE BANK is mandated to deliver financial services to everyone in the country without discrimination and currently has presence in all the 10 Provinces of Zambia with a branch network of 38 and 4 money windows. He emphasised that NATSAVE is indeed a true friend of Western Province and it was exciting to learn that the Bank will this year be celebrating its 50 years in existence which coincides with the first-ever Western Province Expo.
