As a teacher ! indeed, necessary for every teacher! Teacher’s self efficacy research reveals that efficacy can boost pupil’s achievement, foster emotional health and well-being, and serve as a valid predictor of motivation and learning.
My personal achievements such as attaining higher levels of education, wealthy, well international travelled, teaching charisma, wearing nice perfume, dressing nice, driving a latest posh car addresses my pupils confirmed desirable education outcomes.
As observed, my opinion, good lifestyle and efforts in some school programs motivates my pupils to learn, they attend my classes full time and do class tasks, pupils are able to see education outcomes direct from me, this makes my teaching facilitation very easy!
Pupils are easy learners regarding on the teacher’s self- efficacy. Some teachers who parade and crusades themselves poor, leading lifestyles such as careless beer drinking, smoking, living in shark- houses, poor dressing, bad scent or smell, highly indebted, using legs TOYOTA GANDA with pupils when they knock off and depending on debt swapping.
The kind of lifestyle and behavior demoralizes, demotivates, destroys pupils’ mindset, focus on learning are shuttered as they see their own educated teachers suffering this makes pupils think that life after education is a mess and mockery!
Therefore, i am encouraging my fellow teachers to be enterprising, industrious and supportive than we waste time discrediting each other’s businesses through cursing comments, bootlicking and gossiping in the staff rooms! Teachers self- efficacy is direct propositional to learners motivations.
