Zambezi East Member of Parliament Brain kambita has highlighted some of the milestones that the UPND has achieved in terms of infrastructure and policy implementions in Zambezi east in Northwestern Province.
Speaking during a press briefing held at Anderson Kambela Mazoka house in Lusaka today , the MP stressed how CFD has positively impacted the lives of people in Zambezi East.
Mr kambita says the allocated Constituency Development Fund (CFD) have gone a Long way in helping the people of Zambezi East come out of one of the toughest year the country has ever experienced through social cash transfer.
He has commended the works done in Zambezi East through the CFD funds which has seen the building of 8 health structures and 15 classrooms blocks and the procurement of 3800 desks as well as some road rehabilitation works bringing about infrastructural development to the region.
Therefore he has encouraged the citizens of Zambia to exercise patience as development is a process and not an event as government is tirelessly working to deliver on all it’s promises.
