Moscow, Russia — The body of 27-year-old Zambian model Silavwe Knox was discovered in his rented apartment in central Moscow after he had been unresponsive for several days, according to sources from SHOT.
Concern arose when a colleague from the modeling industry alerted authorities after Knox failed to appear for work and had been inactive on social media since late April. Police, accompanied by the apartment owner, attempted to enter the residence but found the door locked from the inside. Emergency services were called to force entry, where they found Knox’s fully clothed body in the shower cabin.
Sources reveal that Knox had been juggling dual careers in recent years—teaching English while working part-time as a photo model. Acquaintances disclosed that he struggled with diabetes and had been undergoing regular medical treatment.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of death, and an investigation is ongoing. The tragic discovery has left friends and colleagues in shock as they await further details.
