📍 Tokyo, Japan – In a momentous diplomatic engagement, His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia, had the distinguished honour of meeting with His Majesty Emperor Naruhito this afternoon at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
