The Road Development Agency (RDA) wishes to inform motorists and the public about the ongoing movement of the Cold Box Unit, a massive piece of mining equipment, as it makes its way to the North Western Province via the Great North Road.
Yesterday, the Cold Box Unit embarked on its journey from Shimabala Toll Plaza in Kafue District, covering an impressive 57 kilometers. The unit made a night stop near Twalumba Resort and Hotels at 11 miles in the Kabangwe Area.
Today, the journey resumes at 06:00 AM. Motorists are advised to anticipate potential traffic disruptions along this route and plan their travels accordingly.
