The Collaboration Action and Dialogue (CADRE) project has officially commenced its first workshop in Lusaka, focusing on enhancing the collaboration between Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) to improve public financial management practices.
This inaugural event has convened a diverse group of stakeholders, including staff from the Office of the Auditor General and representatives from various CSOs, to engage in constructive dialogue, exchange best practices, and devise collaborative strategies aimed at bolstering financial oversight.
By reinforcing the partnership between SAIs and CSOs, the CADRE project aspires to advance principles of transparency, accountability, and effective governance in the realm of public financial management.
