The Munyaule Market construction site was visited today by the Local Government and Rural Development Minister Hon. Garry Nkombo, MP in preparation for the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for later this week.
During the visit, Hon. Nkombo also took the opportunity to acknowledge the improvements made at the Simon Mwewa Lane Market, which is yet to be officially opened.
The Minister was joined on the tour by Lusaka Mayor Chilando Chitangala, Kanyama’s Chinika ward Councillor Masautso Ngoma, and Lusaka City Council Acting Town Clerk Eng. Liftry Ndaba, showcasing a collaborative effort towards the development of local markets in the region.
