Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe emphasized the importance of Korean businesses exploring investment opportunities in Zambia during the Zambia business country session at the 2024 Korea-Africa Summit in Seoul.
Mr. Haimbe highlighted key sectors such as mining, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, and technology for potential investments.
He specifically mentioned the value addition potential in the mining sector, which holds significant reserves of copper, cobalt, and other essential minerals.
Mr. Haimbe also pointed out that Zambia’s abundant natural resources and strategic location present numerous investment prospects across various sectors.
The Minister assured that the Government is committed to creating a conducive environment for business growth and development.
