The Government of Zambia has expressed its support and appreciation for the establishment of the United Kwacha Alliance by various opposition political parties.
According to Chief Government spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa, this alliance serves as a strong indication of the flourishing democracy in the country.
Mr. Mweetwa further emphasized that the Government has no intention of obstructing the progress of UKA, as it recognizes the importance of allowing political parties to freely express their views and contribute to the democratic process.
