In order to ensure that no one is left behind, the Kasama Audit Office has taken the initiative to share knowledge and skills with all audit staff regarding the latest updates in the Financial Audit Methodology (FAM).
The training session was conducted by Brian Chilambwe, a Senior Auditor, and Towela Njelesani, an Auditor, who recently completed their training at Sarovar Hotel in Lusaka.
During the 2024 Planning Meeting, which has just concluded, the acting Auditor General, Dr. Ron Mwambwa, emphasized the importance of those who received the training to pass on the knowledge and skills they acquired to their fellow officers.
This will ensure that everyone in the office is equipped with the necessary expertise to carry out their audit responsibilities effectively.
