Nelly Mutti, the Speaker of the National Assembly, has urged Members of Parliament and staff to familiarize themselves with the Public Financial Management system in the country. During the launch of the Public Financial Management Handbook at the National Assembly in Lusaka, the speaker, Ms. Mutti, emphasized the importance of MPs and staff carrying out their enhanced oversight function in the National Assembly.
