In order to take a leading role in the 2023/2024 Farming Season, Honorable Menyani Zulu, the Independent Member of Parliament for Nyimba Constituency, suggests that youths should form cooperatives and work together in groups. By doing so, they can benefit from various empowerment programs offered by the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Youths, Sports, and Art.
Mr. Zulu is encouraging the youth in the country to view agriculture as a business opportunity and to play a prominent role in the upcoming 2023/2024 Farming Season. He emphasizes that agriculture has the potential to generate millions of jobs for young people in Nyimba District and beyond.
