Robert Chabinga, a member of parliament from Mafinga and a member of the PF party, has been appointed as the Leader of the Opposition. This appointment was communicated to the National Assembly through a letter from the PF Secretary-General, Morgan Ng’ona.
In a letter dated October 31, 2023, Ngulube addressed current Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile and informed him that Chabinga has been appointed as the new Leader of the Opposition. Ngulube stated that the National Assembly will inform Mundubile of the next steps to be taken regarding this matter.
