Chibeza Ngoma has been announced as the new Head of Marketing for the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).
FAZ has announced the appointment of a new Head of Marketing, in accordance with FIFA requirements. FAZ General Secretary, Reuben Kamanga, emphasized the importance of the marketing portfolio within the organization.
Ngoma, the newly appointed Head of Marketing at FAZ, has an impressive educational background. He graduated from the Copperbelt University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University in Australia. With his strong academic foundation, Ngoma is well-equipped to lead FAZ’s marketing efforts.
With his extensive experience in both the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Service Industry, Mr. Ngoma is expected to bring valuable expertise to FAZ.
Mr Ngoma has a wealth of experience, having worked for various organizations in the past. One notable position held was at Zamtel, where they served as the Senior Marketing Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, and eventually as the Chief Commercial Officer.
Prior to joining FAZ, Ngoma held the position of Technical Expert in the Commercial division of Superior Milling.
In order to find the right candidate for the position, the FAZ enlisted the help of a reputable recruitment agency. After considering various candidates, Ngoma was identified as the most suitable candidate for the role.
