According to governance activist Rueben Lifuka, former president Edgar Lungu has lost the respect and moral authority that is typically accorded to a retired former head of state due to his political comeback.
Lifuka also warns that Lungu should anticipate opposition from both within and outside the PF party, as the political landscape has shifted since he last held power.
