In a tragic incident, a Zambian businessman was fatally shot by unidentified individuals in the heart of Johannesburg, South Africa. The motive behind the attack remains unclear and the authorities are investigating the matter.
On Monday, May 15th, 2023, Alfred Sampa, a 46-year-old Zambian businessman, was tragically shot and killed while on his way to the City Deep market to purchase merchandise. The incident occurred around 12:30 hours in Johannesburg, South Africa.
During his trip to Johannesburg, Zambian businessman Mr. Sampa arranged for a taxi to take him to the market. However, during the ride, the taxi driver became aware of unknown individuals following them. Tragically, Mr. Sampa was later shot and killed. The circumstances surrounding his death are currently under investigation.
The victim, Mr. Sampa, was rushed to Southrand Hospital by a taxi driver, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and passed away. The perpetrators fled the scene before they could be apprehended.
