Itezhi-Tezhi MP uses CDF to rehabilitate 17 classrooms in the constituency

Under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), Twaambo Mutinta, the Member of Parliament for Itezhi-Tezhi, has completed the rehabilitation of 17 classrooms, an ablution block, and a solar-powered borehole at Itezyi-Tezyi Primary School. These projects were recently handed over to the school.

The Member of Parliament for Itezhi-Tezhi utilized the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to fund the rehabilitation of 17 classrooms in the constituency’s primary school. The total cost of the project amounted to over 800,000 Kwacha.

This initiative has greatly benefited the local community, particularly those in rural areas. Chief Chikaza Munyama expressed gratitude towards the government for the increased CDF, which has had a positive impact on the lives of the people in the region.

While this is a positive step towards development, the local Chief has also urged the government to consider dividing large constituencies like Itezhi-Tezhi in order to better facilitate progress and growth.
