Former South African President THABO MBEKI and former Mozambican President JOACHIM CHISSANO have arrived in the country ahead of the Inaugural Kenneth Kaunda Memorial Public lecture and commemorative activities.
The two former Heads of State who will grace the inaugural Kenneth Kaunda Memorial Public Lecture and commemorative activities arrived at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at about 12:45 hours.
The Centre for Policy Dialogue -CPD- who are organizers says the inaugural KK Memorial Public Lecture and commemorative activities aimed at celebrating Dr. Zambia’s founding President’s contribution to the country’s political history.
Mozambique’s Former President, Mr .CHISSANO is expected to address a class which will be attended by various stakeholders tomorrow while Mr. MBEKI will deliver a public lecture on Thursday at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre.
