Zambia and the African Development Bank will this year agree on a Country Assistance Strategy. This implies that over the medium-term (3 years), an estimated US$500 million or more will be available to Zambia (through the Africa Development Fund) for economic and social development. This is a demonstration of a functional and cordial relationship between Zambia and her multilateral partners.
The above effort is separate from the arrangements being made with other partners like the World Bank and what is being done within the country through the Public Private Sector Dialogue Forum.
Zambia will prosper. Trust the process.
