THE Western Province Tourism, Trade and lnvestment Expo scheduled to take place from 19th to 25th September, 2022 in Mongu has great potential for stimulating the 3-Rs which are essentially “Recovery, Rebuild and Resilience” of the Province’s economic landscape.
Ultimately, the Expo will help create sufficient avenues for wealth generation and employment opportunities for the people buttress by a reignited industrial development and activated tourism packages in the Province anchored on a rich cultural heritage and abundant natural resources, said Kelvin Kamayoyo, Expo Advisor.
Mr. Kamayoyo stated that the registration and booking for participation at the upcoming Western Province Expo is currently open and companies are encouraged to register as exhibition and delegate slots are being offered on first come first served basis and confirmation should be made not later than 31st July, 2022.

The theme of the Expo is “Rapid Economic Transformation through increased Home-Grown Entrepreneurship, Value Addition and Trade”.
The Expo is an innovative and inclusive platform attracting diverse companies, investors, cooperatives, traders, tourists, academia, think tanks, policymakers and youths with a view to explore investment opportunities and discover practical solutions for socioeconomic transformation of our society, emphasised Kamayoyo.
