Social Intelligence is the ability to successfully build relationships,beyond just networking and how to navigate social environments.The times when you only needed a university degree for career building is gone,Social Intelligence is very important in 21st century.
Meet Hammad Abedin from India,Hammad is in Arabic means the one who praises God.He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and master’s in social work.Currently,is working on an impact evaluation study at National level project in India,which is funded by USAID and the Indian government.
Before that he managed the corporate social responsibility works in India,Australia,Bulgaria, Colombia,Czech Republic,Romania,South Africa,the Philippines,UK and USA,as a Global CSR Manager at EXL Services.
He is a believer in quality education and also believes in sustainable livelihood as some of the important tools for eradicating global poverty.He was among the founders of India’s largest Digital Literacy,then under the Indian Ministry of Information and Technology.
Mr Hammad Abedin has done great work in the field of human development and through the social contact in different complexity spaces has grown to develop soft skills like Social Intelligence.He enjoys working on issues to do with quality education and sustainable livelihood and has a strong passion for the Rights of Children and Women Empowerment.
