ZamRus tagged Russian House yesterday friday 3rd June 2022 in hosting the maiden Russian Film sampling of “Pushkin – The Last Duel.” The production of the film is inspired by true events based on the life of Russia’s most celebrated poet, Aleksandr Pushkin.
The frosty weather that has characterized Lusaka lately would easily cause one to anticipate less people in attendance of such an event, but alas, the event was adequately attended. Infact, prominent figures like the Director – Russian Center, part of the ZamRus executive committee, members of the ZamRus alumni are some of the notable figures that made presence at this event.
The event was successful to the cause. Yesterday’s was not the last of this kind of events and you all should look out for more of such.
