Speaking in the same breathe, today one of the Melo Media team members took time off their busy schedule to pay a courtesy call to a senior citizen, Ambassador Adrian Bauleni, who is well poised to give off credible knowledge to anyone willing to learn. They had an insightful interaction, of course the insights coming from the senior man.
In the middle of it, it came to the light of the Melo Media staffer that the older man is actually more endowed with knowledge beyond the initially perceived overwhelming levels of wisdom. It turns out he holds a B.A Degree with a majors in Political Science and History obtained from the University of Zambia, Masters degree in Education Management with Distinction obtained from the African Research University. He further holds two Post Graduate Diplomas in Learning Institutional Management and Administration obtained from the UK and the International Labor Organization (ILO Center) Tulin, Italy respectively.
Clearly this is a knowledgeable man. His willingness to pass on this knowledge can be seen in his secondary teaching and consultation background which stands over a long stretch of time. Even as his age seems to be catching on, he still wants people to tap into his knowledge reservoir even when he’s not strong enough to stand and tell. In doing that, he has authored a book titled: THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF STRATEGIC SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING.
