Zindaba Soko, the former CEO of Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), along with his co-accused, have entered a plea of not guilty to charges of forging a passport and National Registration Card (NRC) using the name of a deceased individual.

Former CEO of the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), Soko, and his co-accused, Mbongo and Kisambara, have pleaded not guilty to charges of forgery. Soko, a transport consultant residing on Old Lilayi Road, is facing these charges alongside Mbongo, a student from Libala South, and Kisambara, a businessman from Tokyo Way.

The former CEO of RTSA and his co-accused have entered pleas of not guilty to charges of forgery, uttering false documents, and being found in possession of property believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.

It is alleged that between January 1 and 17 of this year, they forged an NRC255428/10/1 document in the name of John Tembo, who was reported to be deceased, according to the police.

They are accused of falsely presenting a National Registration Card (NRC) that appeared to be issued by the Department of National Registration, Passport and Citizenship, when in reality it was not.

It is alleged that Kisambara, one of the accused, fraudulently presented the forged National Registration Card (NRC) to a banker at FNB bank in Chilenje.

Former CEO of the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), along with his co-accused, entered pleas of not guilty to charges of forgery. The plea was made before magistrate Irene Wishimanga, who denied bail to Mbongo and Kasimbara, as they are currently serving sentences for other offenses. The case has been adjourned and will resume on November 27th of this year.
