During President Hakainde Hichilema’s working visit to Lesotho as the SADC Chair, he will engage in consultative discussions with a panel of SADC Elders. This is in accordance with the decision made by the Organ Troika Summit of Heads of State and Government, which took place on August 16, 2023, in Luanda, Angola.
