There are certain places and times in our lives that had we not experienced, we would not be who we are and where we are.
In these places we met friends who turned out to be more than just friends and have been by our side through the years to celebrate and cry with us when we needed to. Places like our childhood neighbourhood, or our grandparents house where we’d gather with our cousins for the holidays or simply just our alma mata (former school). In these places and times we did things and endured experiences that collectively shaped us into the people we are today. The fondness of the memories pumps so much nostalgia in us that the bare reminiscence of the times makes one so emotional. We can not do away with such experiences no matter how far we go or how old we grow in life because they mark our point of true identity.
The aforementioned is the reason why former pupils of St. Joseph High School of Chivuna have organized a reunion among themselves. The Reunion seeks to bring together the former learners of the institution from many seasons past.
It’s slated to be held at the government complex in Lusaka on Saturday the 18th of June 2022.
To participate, one has to pay a K500 which covers food, beverages and a professional photoshoot.
Attendees are expected to be at the complex before 17 to make it in time for the photoshoot session which will start at 17:00hrs up until 18:30 when the actual event is set to start.
